Wedding planning can be complicated enough so that is why I have kept to three simple packages.

 

Every package includes on-the-day coordination, so that I can make sure your day goes without a hitch. You will notice some extras listed below including venue/supplier visits within my packages as standard, because when I say I will be with you every step of the way…I really am!

Who this is for:

Couples looking for a discreet fairy godmother to ensure the set-up and logistics of the day run seamlessly, allowing them to relax and knowing they are in safe hands. Valuable for locations that do not provide an in-house coordinator such as marquees, tipis, barns and unique venues.

What is included:

    • Relaxed, informal and all round chatty meeting six weeks before your wedding at your chosen venue to gather relevant information (this is where I gather every single detail of your plans and get to the nitty gritty!)
    • Create a timeline that is suitable for you, your venue and suppliers
    • Compile a “Suppler Bible” of contact details and contracts (and highlight any final payments that need to be made)
    • Liaise with suppliers and ensure smooth loading and unloading schedule at the venue
    • Oversee set-up of the ceremony, wedding breakfast and other areas the day before or on the day (this includes tasks from setting out place names to lighting candles at dusk)
    • Coordinate smoothly between venue, suppliers and guests on the day to ensure everybody is in the right place at the right time
    • Peace of mind that you are in safe hands

 

Who this is for:

For couples who have started the planning process of booking a venue and maybe some suppliers, but need help bringing their vision together. This package is perfect for sweeping in and establishing what is already planned and scheduling what is left to do. Valuable to those who know what they want but may not have the time to execute the finer admin details and searches in full.

What is included:

    • Relaxed yet detailed meeting at any stage of the planning process at your chosen venue to gather information of what you have planned so far and what you have left on your to-do list
    • Create a timeline of meetings with suppliers and start to put together a timeline of your wedding day
    • Draw up a budget table and schedule of deposits and final payments
    • Source remaining suppliers suitable for your budget and that work seamlessly with your vision
    • Arrange a “meeting day” to attend with you to meet with your suppliers
    • Meet six weeks before your wedding to dot the i’s and cross the t’s
    • Contact all suppliers and provide them a detailed timetable
    • Oversee set-up of the ceremony, wedding breakfast & other areas on the day or the day before
    • Coordinate smoothly between venue, suppliers and guests on the day to ensure everybody is in the right place at the right time
    • A sigh of relief that you don’t have to do this all on your own as you still have to boss your own life’s demands

For couples who are not sure where to start and would like guidance and confidence throughout, because sometimes, we all just “need somebody to lean on”.

What is included:

    • Relaxed, thorough and idea sparking meeting where we work out budgets, timescales and design inspiration for me to really get to know your vision. (with a coffee, cuppa, cake, gin…)
    • Create a truly awesome wedding vision board, unique to you. You will be able to add to this as time goes by when inspiration hits
    • Research venue and suppliers and offer a selection for you to choose and meet with
    • Arrange a venue visit day that I will attend to ensure you ask the right questions and book the perfect venue with no surprises!
    • Arrange and attend supplier appointments with you, because sometimes a second opinion relieves the mind-boggling amount of choice you have!
    • Analysis of budget, supplier contracts and payment plans
    • Produce a detailed timeline for the lead up and on your wedding day
    • Efficient communication between suppliers, venue and you
    • Regular updates and “are you excited and keeping calm!?” phone calls
    • Organisation of RSVP’s and dietary requirements between your guests and the venue/caterers
    • Oversee set-up of the ceremony, wedding breakfast & other areas on the day or the day before
